These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by AGK Maintenance Company ("we", "us") in Dubai, UAE. By requesting our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide AC repair, HVAC installation, maintenance and 24/7 emergency services. Service availability and response times depend on location, demand and the nature of the issue.

Quotes & Pricing

All work is quoted before service is performed.
Prices may vary based on parts, complexity and accessibility.
Additional issues discovered during work will be quoted separately.

Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate contact and address information.
Allow safe access to the equipment requiring service.
Pay agreed amounts upon completion of the service.

Warranty

Workmanship and parts are covered by a limited warranty as communicated at the time of service. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, or third-party work.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services to the extent permitted by UAE law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
