Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for services booked with AGK Maintenance Company.
Cancellations
- You may cancel a scheduled service free of charge at least 2 hours before the appointment.
- Cancellations made after a technician has been dispatched may be subject to a call-out fee.
- Emergency or out-of-hours bookings may be non-cancellable once dispatched.
Refunds
- Service charges already performed are non-refundable.
- If a defect in workmanship occurs within the warranty period, we will rectify it at no additional cost.
- Refunds for unused parts or unperformed services will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.

Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the resolution, disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
